In her travels, Ninja comes across an article written in Seed Magazine last June about the transgender biologist Joan Roughgarden. Roughgarden has discovered that at least 450 animal species exhibit homosexual behaviour in persistent and decidedly social ways.  Ninja challenges some of the statements in the article but overall is impressed that a different way of viewing sexual selection, gender politics, and behaviour is presented. 28 Minutes.
